The Child Support Division offers a wide range of services to help parents meet the needs of their children. Those include establishing and enforcing child support orders, establishing paternity, legal assistance, paying and receiving support and managing past due support, among others.
As of June 2, 2021, we will be assisting walk-in customers at The Job Center, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In the lobby you can also access forms or make payments.
The Agency continues to hold in-person hearings and provide genetic testing. The lab hours for genetic testing are 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our Call Center operates Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Our Child Support online chat is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays at mcsea.org as well as 24-hour access to forms and payment options. Customers can also send messages to the Agency, check balances and make payments using the Ohio Child Support Mobile App, available for both iOS and Android devices.
